Summary:It was investigated distribution on depth and dynamics of migration of hydrogen isotopes under operation of an ion beam in hydrides and deuterides preparations on a base of zirconium and vanadium by the recoil nuclear detection analyses. Distribution contents of hydrogen and deuterium are determined by conditions of manufacture of hydrides structure of a surface and character of interaction of metals with hydrogen was determination. The high stability of hydrides in relation to effect of an ion beam of nitrogen is determination. During an exposure by ions of nitrogen the concentration of hydrogen species in all researched hydrides varied no more than on 10%. The analysis dose of dependences has shown key possibility to control density of hydrogen near to the surface layer of metals by change of density of an ion beam. The technique of the elimination of an analytical error on the metal-hydrogen systems caused by change of a current density was project. The technique allows increasing accuracy of restoring of initial concentration of hydrogen and characteristics of interaction of an ion beam with impurity atoms.
