Summary:Electric transfer simulation in composite materials is usually based on the consideration, as a rule, of one of the process sides. However, to design an adequate model it is necessary to investigate the system of polyvalent objects under the complex influence of geometric, probabilistic, physical and chemical factors on different levels of organization. Computer models are suggested, developed and approved as a new approach to solving this problem, i.e. on the simplified level to take into account random and nonlinear effects when electric transfer considered. Computational experiments were performed with the application of a computer model of the medium composition and a calculated model of analysis of material behavior while heated in contact with a corrosive medium. The following were taken as deterministic parameters: initial particle diameter, diameter of agglomerate, the portion of exfoliating particles being treated, particle density. The random constituent was simulated by choosing a random distribution law of particles in the volume of the medium with variable dispersion
