Résumé:A coexistence of the areas with different spatial structures in separate nanocrystallites was shown by the direct observation using techniques of high resolution transmission electronic microscopy (HRTEM). Results confirm the model of a nanoparticle as a "structural -centaur" intermediate state of condensed matter between clusters and big crystals, which is a primary base for crystal growth
