| Summary: | С использованием монохроматического синхротронного рентгеновского пучка с разрешением 2 от 0,01 до 0,05° исследован фазовый состав нанокристаллических порошков ZrO2 - 5 вес.% Y2O3 после УЗ-воздействия различной мощности (W=1; 2 и 3 кВт). УЗ-активация приводит к стабилизации при комнатной температуре высокотемпературной тетрагональной фазы ZrO2. В исследованном интервале плотностей УЗ-облучения параметры кристаллической решетки a и c от мощности облучения не зависят. Отношение параметров c/a в облученных порошках меньше, чем в исходных необлученных материалах. В облученных нанокристаллах размерами 25-45 нм появляются различные метастабильные фазы циркония с параметрами кристаллических решеток, близкими к аналогичным фазам в необлученных порошках |
