The elemental composition of water was determined in the accredited Problems Research Laboratory of hydrogeochemistry of the Scientific and Educational Center "Voda" of the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University. Contents of 71 chemical elements were determined by the method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. A number of methods were used for establishing the hydrochemical characteristics of the waters. More specifically the samples were analyzed by following methods: titrimetric; potentiometric; conductometric; gravimetric; photocolorimetric; spectrophotometric; by ion chromatographic. The calculation methods and codes developed in Scientific and Educational Center "Voda" were used as well. The results were processed using Microsoft Excel and Statistica. Schemes and diagrams were performed by the graphics editor Corel Draw. Results. The geochemical features of the natural watercourses of the Vyun gold ore deposit area under permafrost conditions were specified. The presence of contrast anomalies of chemical elements represented by arsenic and mercury was established. These elements are satellites of low-sulfide gold quartz mineralization
